Embassy of Brazil Effective May 1, 2012, consular fees will increase to $180.00 for tourist and business visa applications. Embassy of Azerbaijan April 11, 2012 - The Embassy is experiencing significant delays in visa issuance. Processing time can extend to 2-4 weeks at a minimum. Please plan accordingly. Embassy of Russia Effective April 10, 2012, the Embassy of Russia has outsourced the processing of visa applications to a private firm. There is an additional $30.00 fee for each application. Consular fees reflect the additional charge. Embassy of P.R. China in Washington, DC Effective Feb 1, 2012, the Embassy has suspended sameday services for visas.
