Tourist Visa Requirements
Please send the following:
- Valid and signed U.S. Passport. Your passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity from expiration date.
- Two
(2) visa application forms. Application has two (2) pages.
All questions answered and application must be signed.
- Two (2) passport quality photos. Must be 2" x 2" and in color.
- Copy of your airline ticket, travel agent itinerary or e-ticket confirmation.

visa officer reserves the right to grant visas between 90 days to 5
years. You may request in writing to the consulate for a longer
validity visa, however, not all requests are granted. The
consulate has a jurisdictional policy with issuance of any visa.

- Non-U.S. passport must send a copy of green card or valid U.S. visa.
- Fees and processing times for non-U.S. passport holders may vary from the published fees above.
- Please include a vp2go order form to ensure proper handling of your visa request.
